Terms of ServiceSHIPPING & DELIVERY
Singapore Domestic Shipping – All local Singapore orders will be shipped out within 2 days by Registered Singapore Post. Tracking number will be provided once it is shipped.
International Shipping – Your order will be dispatched within 2 days after payment confirmed by International Registered Mail. Tracking number will be provided once it is shipped. Leadtime can take 2 weeks or more, and sometimes slightly longer depending on your location and your country's local mail delivery leadtime.
Please note all Registered Mail parcels will require someone to sign for your parcel as receipt acknowledgement. The postal service will leave an ‘UNDELIVERED NOTICE’ in your mail box if there is no one at home at the time of delivery, in which case you will then have to collect your parcel at the post office with the ‘UNDELIVERED NOTICE" by yourself.
For customers wishing to place large orders in excess of 20 units of any one item, kindly email us at email@example.com and we would be glade to communicate with you directly to arrange shipment. We also welcome distributorship enquiries where we can forge a mutually beneficial collaborative business arrangement. Please email us your queries at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our products carry a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If the product is not right for you or we sent the wrong item instead of what was ordered, you can request a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
• You return the items to us within 7 days from Date of Purchase.
• Items must be in its original condition i.e. unopened packaging, not used and not damaged.
• No refunds for returning/sending item to us without contacting us first and receipt of an RMA number from us. Unfortunately we will not be able to accept liability for any loss of goods arising from such instances.
If you want to get refund or return item you received, kindly contact us via email. Exchange/refund will only be processed upon physical receipt of returned items. Buyer will need to pay for the return cost and shipping fee will not be refunded.
All KlicHome LLP (hereinafter referred to as 'KlicHome') sold products are designed and manufactured to the highest standard and delivery quality performance. In the unlikely event of failure during the warranty period, KlicHome will provide product warranty (hereinafter referred to as "Warranty") described as follows:
The Warranty begins on the date of purchase and expires at the end of a period of twelve (12) months.
If any defect due to faulty materials and/or workmanship occurs within the Warranty period, KlicHome will make arrangements for free-of-charge service. Where a repair is not possible or is deemed uneconomical, KlicHome may agree to replace the product, new or rebuilt free of charge to the purchaser. In the case a replacement part or product is not available, KlicHome at its discretion may replace the original product with a similar product of equal value. Any replacement will be offered at KlicHome's sole discretion and the warranty will continue from the date of original purchase.
The Warranty applies provided the product has been handled properly for its intended use and in accordance with the operating instructions.
The Warranty does not cover any consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of data, damage to property or loss of business.
The Warranty does not apply if:
1. There is no proof of purchase of the product directly from KlicHome i.e. original dated purchase invoice/receipt. In such instances, KlicHome will not be able to provide the said Warranty service.
2. The purchase document has been altered or made illegible.
3. The serial number/model of product has been removed, altered or made illegible.
4. The original product has been altered or repaired by unauthorized service personnel or organizations.
5. Product has been used for commercial purpose, misused, abused and/or in environments or conditions not in conformance with the recommended operations of the product.
6. The product has been damaged by but not limited to damage by abnormal voltage, wrong voltage, unauthorized alterations/modifications, lightning, pets, water, fire, accidents or natural disaster.
7. Due to normal wear and tear of products which can be considered as consumable parts by their nature.
KlicHome's sole Warranty liability is to the original purchaser only. Warranty is not transferable and valid only in Singapore.
All defective products or parts replaced under the Warranty becomes the property of KlicHome.

At KlicHome, protecting your privacy is our priority. We will not share your personal information with any third parties. When you place an order with us, we ask for your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card number (when placing an order) in order to fulfill your order or request, as well as to keep you informed of your order status. We may also use this information to communicate our latest products, promotions and discounts. If you prefer not to receive this type of promotions communication, please email your request for removal at email@example.com. Your privacy is protected and we want you to feel comfortable shopping with KlicHome.
ABOUT VOLTAGE OF ELECTRICAL GOODS
The voltage of most electronics appliances listed in our store is 220V~240V unless otherwise stated. You will require a transformer to operate the appliance under different voltage conditions. We will not accept return for damaged electronic item due to such mistakes.
