We do encourage self-collection for purchases made in Singapore only. This has the advantage of giving you the opportunity to view the product/s and depending on the quantity purchased, we may be able to offer some discount in-lieu of door-to-door delivery. Most orders are processed and shipped out within 2 business days and should arrive within 2-3 days (local Singapore) or 7-14 days (international shipments) of purchase. Your credit card will be billed at the time of shipment. Orders are mostly shipped via Registered Post and tracked.
Yes you can and many have done so because of our unique and quality products. However please take note different shipping charges apply for different destination countries.
Yes, Once the item is shipped, we will either upload the tracking number to your PayPal account or the tracking number will be sent via email.
When you place an order on our website, you will receive a feedback link at the time of the sale. After 20 days if a feedback has not been left for the seller, our Ecrater system sends a reminder to the buyer with another link, which gives you another opportunity to leave positive feedback. Feedback is very important to us as sellers, and POSITIVE feedback is very appreciated. we do our best to accurately describe all products - if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us BEFORE leaving any non positive feedback.
Our products carry a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If the product is not right for you or we sent the wrong item instead of what was ordered, you can request a refund or exchange under the following conditions: • You return the items to us within 7 days from Date of Purchase. • Items must be in its original condition i.e. unopened packaging, not used and not damaged. • No refunds for returning/sending item to us without contacting us first and receipt of an RMA number from us. Unfortunately we will not be able to accept liability for any loss of goods arising from such instances. If you want to get refund or return item you received, kindly contact us via email. Exchange/refund will only be processed upon physical receipt of returned items. Buyer will need to pay for the return cost and shipping fee will not be refunded.
